One person died and another was injured in two separate road accidents across the valley, police said on Wednesday.
An Alto car bearing registration number DlCC-5697 hit and injured Mohammad Qazim Rather son of Abdul Aziz resident of Arigam, in Pulwama. The injured succumbed to his injuries on way to the Hospital.
Meanwhile, a Honda City vehicle bearing registration number HR-9178 hit and injured Rahti wife of Abdul Samad resident of Kondebal, Rainawari near Jogilanker, in Srinagar. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
