SRINAGAR
One person died and another was injured in a road accident in Achabal, Islamabad.
An unknown vehicle hit and injured two pedestrian Mohammad Ashraf Wani son of Abdul Gani and Arsalan Bashir Wani son of Bashir Ahmad Wani residents of Akingam at Akingam, Islamabad, in the jurisdiction of police station Achabal. Both the injured were shifted to District Hospital, Islamabad, where Arsalan Bashir succumbed to his injuries. Mohammad Ashraf has been referred to Srinagar, hospital for treatment. The unknown vehicle escaped from the spot taking advantage of darkness.
Police has registered a case in this regard.
