A matador that was on way to Uri met an accident in which almost all the 10 passengers were injured. One of the seriously injured young girl has been shifted to Baramulla, reports said.
The old vehicle, that had witnessed similar incidents in past, was coming from Gohalan. It reported a break fail somewhere near Jabla. Its driver hit the vehicle with a boulder but it overturned leaving almost all the passengers injured.
Dr Manzoor, who received the patients in the sub district hospital said the 10 year old girl Mehjabeena was serious and has been shifted to district hospital in Baramulla. The commuters who were travelling on the vehicle JK05D – 1781 were identified as Ikhlaq Hussain, Buland Hussain, Imtiaz Hussain, Nigina Banoo, Mohamad Sadiq, Shabir Ahmad, Saqiq Hussain, Abdul Lateef and Mansha Bi. All the injured are admitted in the sub district hospital Uri.
