SRINAGAR: A lone brother among six sisters died in a road accident in the Banyari area of Hajin in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Sunday evening, officials said.
“12-year-old Shahzad Ahmad, son of Javid Ahmad Dar, died after being hit by a tractor in Baniyari Sharki. The deceased was the only brother among six sisters, and his passing has left the entire village in mourning,” officials said.
Meanwhile, a police team has arrived at the scene to gather details about the accident and has initiated an investigation. (KNO)
