In response to full day relaxation from joint resistance leadership, Kashmir Saturday morning started normal life for full day after 133 days.

Braving cold people resumed their normal activities. Passenger vehicles, including buses, were plying on the roads. Shops and other business establishment were also seen resuming their business.

“After long time there is full bloom morning activity,” Abdul Rashid, old city resident told Kashmir life over phone.

According to reports management of private schools have informed their staff to join their duties for two days. “We were directed to resume duties to chalk out strategy for new academic calendar,” Abida, a private school teacher told Kashmir Life.

As government announced mass promotion from nursery to 9th and 11th classes, schools are also expected to have lot of activities as parents along with children will visit for new books and uniform.

Private school association in their statement also reiterated that they would use relaxation days to ‘recuperate the loss’.

Pertinently Friday evening, the internet services on postpaid connections were resumed in Kashmir.

As per the protest calendar, Saturday and Sunday are two full relaxation days.
