A non-functional government school building was set afire by some unidentified persons on Friday evening in Regipora area of Kupwara town.
Police officials at PCR Kupwara told Kashmir life that the roof top of the building got damaged, however, the policemen and fire tenders, reached the spot and prevented the fire from spreading.
Meanwhile media reports said that some unidentified persons caused damage to the window panes of a school building in Rawalpora locality of Srinagar city.
