SRINAGAR: In a tragic incident on Monday, a 14-year-old boy lost his life while bathing in Wular Lake located in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
According to an official statement, the victim was identified as Umaan Manzoor Sheer Gojri, the 14-year-old son of Manzoor Ahmad Sheer Gojri, a resident of Baramulla.
The incident occurred near Zurmunz Aloosa, Bandipora where the boy had gone for a bath in Wullar Lake.
Despite the efforts of onlookers, the boy could not be saved from drowning.
