SRINAGAR: In a deeply unfortunate incident on Monday afternoon, a 15-year-old boy lost his life due to drowning in a canal located in the Srigufwara region of Anantnag district in south Kashmir.
According to officials, Ajmal Hussain Khan, the son of Master Ghulam Mohuidin Bakkerwal and a resident of Kathsoo Srigufwara, tragically drowned while bathing in the Dadi canal. Promptly, a rescue operation was initiated, leading to the recovery of the teenager’s body.
A police official has also confirmed the boy’s untimely demise in this distressing incident. (GNS)
