SRINAGAR: A 17-year-old boy was found dead inside his residence in the Noorbagh area of Srinagar, officials said on Tuesday.
Official sources said that the teenager, a resident of Noorbagh, was found hanging inside a room at his home.
He was immediately rushed to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar, where doctors examined him and declared him brought dead on arrival.
The boy was found hanging inside a room at the residence, sources said.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated further proceedings to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the death. (JKNS)
