As many as eighteen persons were injured in different road accident across the valley. A police statement said on Friday.
A Matador bearing registration number JK05/408 while on way from Baramulla to Patoosa turned turtle near Juice factory Janbazpora Baramulla, resulting in injuries to eleven passengers. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, a Tavera bearing registration number JK03C/2719 while on way from Jammu to Srinagar collided with a Bus bearing registration number JK01B/7318 at Galander, Pampore, resulting in injuries to four passengers. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.

In another accident, a Truck bearing registration number JK02T/0365 loaded with Gas Cylinders turned turtle on Highway near Lethpora, resulting in injuries to Truck driver, Inder Singh son of Mole Singh resident of Miran Sahab Jammu. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.

According to police statement, a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK05/5183 hit and injured Fatima Bano wife of Mohammad Ashraf resident of Shanglipora at Sugan, Khag. The injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment.

An Alto Car bearing registration number DL2CAF/4987 and Scorpio bearing registration number JK05C/9659 collided near Polo View, M.A. Road Srinagar, resulting in injuries to Kumar Bakshi resident of Indra Nagar Srinagar. The injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment. Police said that it has registered cases in all the incidents and the investigation is on.
