SRINAGAR: A 29-year-old man died after receiving an electric shock in the Chinar Colony area of Tilgam Pattan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday, officials said.
An official said that the man, a tipper driver by profession, was critically injured after coming into contact with a live wire. He was immediately rushed to the Sub-District Hospital Pattan, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The deceased has been identified as a resident of Walraman Chandoosa. Authorities have taken cognisance of the incident. (JKNS)
