SRINAGAR: At least nine people, including seven women, were injured after a vehicle met with an accident near Kota in the Dhargloon area of Mendhar in Poonch district on Thursday.
Officials said that a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK03C-5203 lost control and fell approximately 100 metres into a gorge near Kota in Dhargloon.
All nine injured persons were shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Mendhar for treatment.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident.
