4 cops inured in Sopore grenade blast

Four police men have suffered injuries in a grenade blast in Sopore town in northern part of Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday evening.

Police sources said that suspected militants lobbed a grenade at a police party outside police station Sopore resulting in injuries to four police personnel.

The injured cops have been identified as Noor Muhammad, Abdul Rehman, Bilal Ahmad and Ghulam Hassan. All of the injured have been shifted to a hospital for treatment.
