A 40-year-old man was found dead in north Kashmir’s Palhallan Pattan area on Monday late evening.
The deceased identified as Abdul Rashid Bhat son of Kamal Bhat resident of Palhallan was missing from his home since March 25, 2018.
Locals reports said that Bhat had left home on March 25 and since then he didn’t return back.
However, on Monday evening his dead body was found in a nallah in Palhallan village.
Meanwhile, Police officials said that a missing report was already registered by his family on March 25 while adding that further investigation has been taken up and the body has been sent to SDH Pattan for legal formalities.
