Two people were killed and three injured in an accidental blast in Ladda, area of Jammu one hundred KMs away from the venue where Modi has to address a public rally.
Police sources told Kashmir Life that the accidental blast took place in Ladda area at a road construction sight.
Sources confirmed the death of two persons adding three people were injured in the incident.
