Hurriyat Conference (G) Chairman, Syed Ali Geelani is leading a rally of vehicles to Kulgam where he is scheduled to address a public meeting Sunday afternoon.
Geelani is accompanied by his old associate, Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai, Pir Saifullah etc.
Earlier, Geelani was freed from his house detention a day ahead of his Kulgam visit.
Geelani, left his residence at 11 am in with only few vehicles but as he reached on highway, some more vehicles with banners and flags joined making it a rally.
Geelani, after his release on October 29 from 235 day long house detention visited Sopore, Shopian and Pulwama.
He was however, denied permission to visit Tral and Palhalan.
