SRINAGAR: A 52-year-old employee was killed and three others were injured after a Russian drone strike hit a pharmaceutical warehouse in Ukraine’s Sumy region, according to local media reports.
The aggressor does not care that this is not a military target. It does not care that this is a pharmaceutical factory producing critically needed medicines.
The barbarians do not care that the factory belongs to Indian owners. The hypocrites continue talking about the “historic friendship” between India and Muscovy. In reality, death and destruction are the true face of Russian fascism, hidden behind the mask.
Our deepest condolences go to the family of the person who was killed. We also express our sincere sympathy to the Indian owners over the destruction of their factory.
Punishment will be inevitable. And for now, what is needed are tough sanctions and the isolation of these criminals, not pushpa mala.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed condolences to the family of the man killed in the attack, saying Russian forces had struck a pharmaceutical warehouse in Sumy with drones.
The Ukrainian Embassy in India said the facility was Indian-owned and described it as a pharmaceutical factory producing medicines.
“The aggressor does not care that this is not a military target. It does not care that this is a pharmaceutical factory producing critically needed medicines,” the embassy said in a post on X.
The embassy also expressed condolences to the victim’s family and sympathy to the Indian owners over the destruction of the facility.
The Kyiv Independent identified the deceased employee as a 52-year-old man and reported that three other people were injured in the strike.
Zelenskyy also said Russian forces had targeted the Pivnichnyi Bridge in Kyiv with a drone on Sunday.
The attack came as India reiterated its diplomatic efforts to help resolve the Ukraine conflict. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said on Sunday that India had intensified its engagement with both Kyiv and Moscow in recent months.
Jaishankar’s remarks came days after Russian President Vladimir Putin said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had “good ideas” for finding a mutually acceptable solution to the conflict.
