SRINAGAR: Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) strongly condemns the inhuman & savage behaviour by a Political Worker, namely Ali Mohamad who barged into the office of Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Budgam and also abused the officer.
In a statement, DAK said that the hooliganism and barbarous act shown by the so-called political worker is a black spot on he being a public representative.
CMO Budgam was extremely busy and involved with the Govt’s priority of “My Town My Pride” functioning when the political worker barged into his office. The political worker created an unruly scene in CMO Office and threatened the CMO of dire consequences just for a pity reason for not picking up his phone call, it said.
The statement said that seeing the inhuman behaviour of the political worker whole CMO Office has lodged a protest of which DAK supports it in letter and spirit.
DAK President, Dr Suhail Naik termed the incident unfortunate and demanded exemplary punishment for those involved in this crime.
Dr Owais Dar, General Secretary DAK termed it a blot on humanity and maintained that such incidents are totally unacceptable.Dr Imtiyaz spokesperson DAK expressed his serious anguishness over the incident and demanded immediate action against such hooligans.
DAK stresses the Government particularly LG J&K, Adviser JK H& ME & FC H&ME, DGP to intervene in this matter and book the culprit as per the rules otherwise a statewide agitation shall be started to take it to a logical conclusion, said DAK spokesman in a statement.
