Unidentified man attacked a girl with acid near her residence in Baghat Chowk on Wednesday afternoon.
The Police has confirmed the incident and said the unmarried girl, not a student at present, was attacked at the Baghat Chowk near Police station Saddar by a boy who later fled the spot. The boy has still not been identified. The police is investigating the matter.
However, the girl has been referred to SMHS hospital and an FIR 2/2013 has been registered in the matter.
