The Cabinet which met here under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed Monday ordered following transfers and postings in state administration.
Raj Kumar Goyal, under orders of repatriation from the Government of India, has been posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, relieving B.R. Sharma, of the additional charge of the post.
Dheeraj Gupta, under orders of repatriation from the Government of India, has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Relief and Rehabilitation Department. He shall also be the Chief Executive Officer, Project Monitoring Unit of the World Bank Project.
Asgar Hassan Samoon, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, vice Gazzanfar Hussain.
Navin Kumar Choudhary, under orders of repatriation from the Government of India, has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, relieving B.B. Vyas of the additional charge of the post.
Gazzanfar Hussain, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, vice Mohammad Ashraf Bukhari.
Hirdesh Kumar, awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Secretary to the Government, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports Department, vice Khurshid Ahmad Shah. He shall also be the Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department.
Mohammad Ashraf Bukhari, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department, vice Asgar Hassan Samoon.
Vineeta Gupta, Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department, has been transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty in the General Administration Department.
Satesh Nehru, Secretary to the Government, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Animal & Sheep Husbandry Department, vice Ashok Kumar Parmar, who shall await further orders in the General Administration Department. Satesh Nehru shall also be the Administrative Secretary, Science & Technology Department.
Mandeep Kumar Bhandari, Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, under orders of transfer as Secretary to the Government, Relief and Rehabilitation Department, with additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Project Monitoring Unit of the World Bank Project, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, vice Shantmanu who may await further orders in the General Administration Department.
Nirmal Sharma, Excise Commissioner, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, relieving Mohammad Ashraf Bukhari, of the additional charge of the post.
Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Secretary to the Government, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, vice Shafaat Noor Barlas. He shall, however, take over the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, upon the superannuation of Shafaat Noor Barlas on 31.5.2015 and shall be in compulsory waiting in the General Administration Department till that time.
Saurabh Bhagat, Secretary to the Government, Information Technology and Science & Technology Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution and Tribal Affairs Department.
Hilal Ahmad Parray, Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department, vice Vineeta Gupta.
Dilshad Khan, Transport Commissioner, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Enquiries, against an available vacancy.
Tsering Angchok, Director, Handlooms, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Excise Commissioner, J&K, vice Nirmal Sharma.
Ajeet Kumar Sahu Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, has been transferred and his services be placed at the disposal of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board for his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, SMVDSB, vice Mandeep Kumar Bhandari.
Salma Hamid, Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Vice-Chairperson, Srinagar Development Authority, vice Mohammad Saleem Shishgar.
Yasha Mudgal, Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as Director, School Education, Jammu, vice Simrandeep Singh.
Simrandeep Singh, Director, School Education, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, vice Ajeet Kumar Sahu.
Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, vice Yasha Mudgal.
Parvez Iqbal Khateeb, Director, Technical Education Department, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Transport Commissioner, J&K, vice Ms. Dilshad Khan.
Mohammad Aijaz, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khansahib, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
Showkat Ahmad Zargar, has been posted as Director, Technical Education Department, J&K, vice Parvez Iqbal Khateeb. Government Order No. 1091-GAD of 2014, dated 21.10.2014, to the extent of the posting of Showkat Ahmad Zargar as Director, Industries and Commerce, Jammu, be revoked.
Ali Raza, under orders of transfer as Project Director, DRDA, Kargil, has been transferred and posted as Secretary in the Tribal Affairs Department.
Mohammad Hussain Malik, Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Chief Minister.
