Following tensions in North Kashmir’s Handwara town after three civilians were shot dead by forces on Tuesday afternoon, another youth have been killed when he was hit by a tear gas shell.
Reports said that a youth was killed in Drugmulla area of North Kashmir on Wednesday. The death toll reached four since Tuesday afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Jahangir Ahmad Wani, son of Ghulam Din Wani, resident of Drugmulla.
Meanwhile, clashes are going on in Kupwara areas including Langate.
Er Rasheed who represents Langate constituency in state legislature, is present in his hometown and participated in the funeral of two slain civilians including Nayeem Qadir and Raja Begum.
