SRINAGAR: After IUST, The University of Kashmir has issued a notice regarding the suspension of classwork at its Main and Satellite Campuses. This decision, as per order aligns with the upcoming “Viksit Bharat@2047-Voice of Youth” National Level event organised by Niti Aayog.
“To facilitate the attendance of all students at the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s webcast scheduled for 11th December 2023 at 10:30 AM, the university has decided to suspend all classwork. The Webcast link for the event will be shared by the Directorate of IT&SS,” the order reads.
Heads of Departments are urged to motivate their faculty, staff, and students to actively participate in this significant address.
Additionally, Deans, Heads of Departments, Professors, Associate Professors, and Officers are requested to ensure their attendance at the Webcast event in the EMMRC Auditorium at 10:00 AM on the specified date.
Importantly, all examinations will proceed as per the notified schedule, unaffected by the class suspension.
