In a scathing attack on Provincial President National Conference for Kashmir province, ‘disgruntled’ party leader who has been served show cause notice to clear his position over his anti-party remarks, Abdul Rasheed Shaheen Friday said that Nasir Aslam Wani has no authority to seek explanation from him as he is the most junior worker of the party who got so much hype due to ‘kindness’ of Omar Abdullah.

He claimed that soon Sheikh Mustafa Kamal will also leave the party as he has already realized the follies committed by party leadership.

“Kamal knows that at present National Conference leadership is pursuing anti-Sheikh Abdullah policies and I am dead sure that he will also quit the party in near future,” Shaheen told CNS adding that Nasir Aslam Wani is responsible for destruction of the party.

Shaheen said that how come a junior most party work was assigned the top position in the party. “How dare Wani to seek explanation from me,” he said.

Shaheen revealed that he had already conveyed to NC leadership that party will be decimated in the Lok Sabha elections. “I had told them they will not get votes in North Kashmir even during a close-door party meeting NC workers raised anti-party slogans and advised me to leave the party.”

“National Conference destroyed Kashmir by pursuing anti-Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah policies. Party leadership should first understand the philosophy of Sheikh and then run the party. Arrogance and autocracy is bound to cease one day,” he said.
