The participants of ‘Haqeeqat-e-Kashmir’ at Municipal Park turned nostalgic and tears rolled down when  a young boy recited poetry of Late Nayeem Ahmad of Baramulla.

Nayeem according to organizers was killed in 1993 and before few days he wrote the poetry that was recited.

After the poetry, Valleys; singer Irfan Bilal sung a Kashmir song depicting the sufferings and narrative of situation of past more than two decades.

As he sung the line “Ye Kaem woan che subhas gasnai Digar,” (Who told you that your dawn should turn in dusk)

The whole atmosphere turned gloomy and from a corner youth shouted, “Afzal Tere Khoon se Inqilaab Aayega.”
