A police Head constable was injured when an anti narcotic team of police and other agencies was attacked by some unknown persons in Bijbehara.
According to a police statement, Police along with anti narcotic agencies while carrying out search near Donipora Tulkhan,Islamabad were attacked by unidentified persons. Head constable Ghulam Jeelani received head injuries in the attack, who was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for treatment. The miscreants also snatched an AK 47 magazine of SPO Mushtaq Ahmad. The police statement added.
Bijbehara police has registered a case in this regard and has launched manhunt for the culprits responsible for the attack.
