An army on Thursday claimed to have found a huge cache of arms and ammunition near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district.
According to reports, a search operation was launched by an army in Jhanjar area of Rajouri, during which an ammunition was found. Earlier a soldier was injured when an infiltration bid was foiled by the army.
“A large forest area has been surrounded. The operation is still on to ensure that no militant is hiding in the dense jungle,” newsgatherer IANS quoted defense source as saying.
