DRUGMULLA
In the on-going encounter between suspected militants and forces in North Kashmir’s Drugmulla, an army man was injured on Saturday.
An army personnel of Rashtriya Rifles sustained bullet injuries at Check Drugmulla area near Hatmulla. He was rushed to nearby military hospital in Drugmulla in Kupwara for medical aid.
SOG, army’s 47 RR and CRPF cordoned off the area early his morning following reports of presence of some militants.
Intermittent firing is going on while forces and police have cordoned of the adjoining areas and civilians have been asked to stay away from the encounter site.
