Army porter lost his life Wednesday when 11000 kilovolts electric wire fell on him in dara gutliya village of frontier district Uri in North Kashmir.
Waseem Ahmad, 38, was working as army porter in the area. A local told Kashmir Life that the deceased was electrocuted to death on the spot.
Ghulam Mohammad Khatana, Tehsildar Uri while confirming the death, said FIR will be lodged in the case after post-mortem report.
