The Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) on Friday staged a protest in Srinagar against attempts to revoke the special status of Jammu and Kashmir.
Scores of the party workers and activists assembled at the Bund in Srinagar and protested against the “planned abrogation” of Article 35-A. The protest demonstration was led by the JKLF chief Mohammad Yasin Malik.

Pertinently, JRL has called for a statewide shutdown on August 5 and 6 to protest any move tinkering with Article 35-A.
