The Government Wednesday ordered the following transfers and postings with immediate effect.
Dr Arun Kumar, Financial Commissioner Revenue has been transferred and posted as the Vice Chairman and Director General, Jammu & Kashmir Institute of Management & Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPARD).
The post of the Director General, Jammu & Kashmir Institute of Management & Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPARD) has been declared equivalent in status to the IAS Cadre post of Chief Secretary for the period, it is held by Dr Arun Kumar.
Dheeraj Gupta, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Relief & Rehabilitation Department, shall hold the charge of the post of Financial Commissioner Revenue, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Nirmal Sharma, Director, Jammu & Kashmir Institute of Management & Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPARD) has been transferred and shall await further orders in the General Administration Department.
