The bodies of two Lashkar-e-Toiba militants who were killed in more than 40 hour long encounter in Hassanpora Arwani have been identified.
Police sources said that the militants have been identified as Majid Ahmad Zargar aka Abu Talha and Rahil Amin.
Majid, he said, was a resident of Qaimoh Kulgam and was LeeT’s district Kulgam commander.
While, Rahil Amin was a resident of Vessu Qazigund and was LeT’s district commander Islamabad.
The bodies of both the militants have been handed over over to their families, a police official said.
