SRINAGAR
Tehsildar Srinagar Friday granted bail to Tehreek-e-Hurriyat general secretary, Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai. Sehrai was later released from central jail Srinagar.
He was arrested on February 22. Close aide of Hurriyat (G) chairman, Syed Ali Geelani, Sehrai was put under house arrest on February 9, in the wake of parliament attack convict Afzal Guri hanging. He was later arrested and shifted to central jail Srinagar.
