Accusing opposition National Conference of paying its workers to spread “violence” in Kashmir during the past six months, PDP MLC Saifuddin Bhat accused National Conference (NC) of attempting to topple the PDP-BJP government by fueling unrest in Kashmir.
Speaking in the upper house, Bhat sought details of prisoners in to know who are in jails for fueling unrest in Kashmir.
