At a blood donation drive at SK Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura Monday, 100 pints of blood were donated.
According to a comminique from SKIMS, “the drive (blood donation) saw people from all walks of life including lawyers, teachers, bureaucrats, doctors and students donating blood in large numbers, Female donors also donated blood for this noble cause taking the number to 100 points.”
A substantial number of volunteers from SKIMS and JK Police also participated, the statement said.
The statement said the drive was supported by Sajid Iqbal Foundation.
