SRINAGAR: The State Bank of India’s ATM machine containing cash over Rs 17lac was stolen by unidentified persons at police station road in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday.
An official said that unidentified persons picked up the State Bank of India’s ATM machine and escaped from the spot. He said there was the cash of Rs 17 lakh five thousand five hundred inside the ATM.
A police official said that the incident is under investigation and no one has been taken into custody.
