Authorities on Saturday late evening suspended the mobile internet services in Islamabad, Pulwama, Shopian and Kulgam.
Reports said that the services were suspended around 8:00 pm in all the four districts. While some reports suggest that the services were suspended ahead of the upcoming civic polls in the Valley.
But the exact reason for shutting down the internet in South Kashmir was not known immediately.
