Srinagar: Three army men are reportedly missing while as five others have been rescued near LOC after an avalanche hit an army post in Batalik sector of Kargil on Thursday, reports said.
In Batalik sector, reports say that snow has triggered multiple avalanches.
As floods have inundated many parts of Kashmir valley, it is snowing in Ladakh region.
Reports say that, army has launched a search operation to trace the missing soldiers.
