After four days of efforts, the body of another boy drowned on Tuesday was fished out from river Jehlum in Baramulla town on Friday while the search for the third drowned child was underway till the last reports came in.
The body of Shahid son of Mohammad Syed Shah of Dewanbagh Baramulla was recovered by a joint team of SDRF, Marcocos and Police on Friday.
Officials in police confirmed that on Friday one more body has been fished out, while efforts are on to trace out another youth’s body.
Pertinently, the incident occurred on Tuesday evening, when a boat carrying five persons capsized in the Jhelum after it lost the balance, however, timely action of locals helped to rescue two kids.
