SRINAGAR: Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President Mithun Manhas met Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Lok Bhawan on Saturday, an official spokesman said.
The spokesman did not provide details of the issues discussed during the meeting.
Manhas, who hails from Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, was elected unopposed as the 37th BCCI president in September 2025.
Before entering cricket administration, Manhas had a long domestic playing career with Delhi, representing the side from the 1997-98 to 2016-17 seasons. He played 157 first-class matches and scored 9,714 runs.
After retiring from professional cricket, Manhas moved into coaching and cricket administration, including assignments with the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association and IPL support staff.
