SRINAGAR: A man was injured after being attacked by a bear in Shiv Dakri area of Khonmoh on the outskirts of Srinagar on Sunday, officials said.
An official said that the man sustained injuries in the attack and was shifted to a hospital by his family members for treatment.
The injured was identified as Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, son of Abdul Rasheed Bhat, a resident of Khonmoh.
Authorities have taken cognisance of the incident.
