SRINAGAR: A 30-year-old biker died in a road mishap in Mirgund village of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday.
An official told news gathering agency KDC that the biker was critically injured when the bike he was riding on was hit by a speedy tipper JK13 5911,loaded with macadam.
He was immediately shifted to nearby hospital where doctors referred him to SMHS hospital, where he died after battling for several hours.
The deceased biker was identified as Mohd Yousuf Mir son of GH Hassan Mir , a resident of Waterwani in Budgam district.
Meanwhile police has taken the cognizance of the accident and registered a case in this regard and set investigations into motion.
