Students from Tyndale Biscoe and Mallinson School took out a rally Wednesday here at press colony protesting the early commencement of mid-term examinations.
The students carried placards and shouted slogans against the school administration.
“We are yet to complete our syllabus and our schools have declared the exams and that too in the month of Ramadan,” said Hashim a student of 9th class.
The students also threatened that they will intensify the demonstrations if the school authorities continued with their decision to hold exams before Ramadan.
“If they won’t postpone the exam, we will come to streets again,” they said.
