Hurriyat leader Javaid Ahmad Mir Friday alleged that right wing Hindu party, BJP, has been following dictation from Nagpur to weaken Kashmiris economically.
In a party statement, Mir during an interaction with a delegation from Shopian and Kulgam said, “it has been observed that BJP has waged a war against the Muslims of Chenab Valley through which the Rajouri incident was held under a conspiracy of the said RSS Nagpur politics. By waging the war against the Muslims of Jammu the consequences aftermath will only worsen the situation.”
“BJP has made its partner in ruling partner PDP totally handicapped and is implementing the Israeli tactics to oppress Mir said adding, “the people of the state particularly the Muslims.” “The innocent youth within the length and breadth of Valley have been arrested and placed in many police stations. They are directly taking directions from Dr Nirmal Singh and following his dictates.”
“Post September 2014 floods the, BJP is busy to rubbing salt over the wounds of Flood Victims. Despite some rehabilitation, they were busy to implement more and more Israeli type tactics,” he alleged.
Mir appealed international organizations including United Nations to look to the matter and pressurize India to stop the exploitation of the Flood Victims and day to day Human rights Violations.
