Holding Bhartiya Janata Party directly responsible for the killing of Sikh Youth in Jammu, pro-Khalistan Sikh organization Dal Khalsa Friday said that BJP has a “complete hold on Jammu administration and it was this party which nurtures hatred against Sikhs and Muslims”.
General Secretary Dal Khalsa, Kunwarpal Singh told CNS that BJP has been playing dangerous game and in order to silence the voices of minorities this party has given free hand to police and security forces. He said, “the removing of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale’s posters that led to the outrage was state’s design aimed to provoke Sikh youth. Jammu police has unleashed a reign of terror on protesting Sikhs and showed their barbaric face. The police barbarism was repetition of what they have been doing with the valley Muslims since decades.”
Dal Khalsa called upon the Chief Minister to ensure strict action against the police officers who had taken law into their hands.
“Dal Khalsa strongly condemns the killings of a Sikh Jagjeet Singh who was protesting against the detention of some youth by city police,” he said.
