The workers criticized the district president’s decision and expressed their disappointment with the lack of communication and transparency while making the decision.

Talking to reporters, one of the workers Chaudhary Mushtaq said that they would earlier organize massive gatherings for district president Javaid Qureshi but now they have been expelled from the party.

They raised slogans in favor of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.

Gulzar Ahmad, another party worker said that they have taken up the matter with the party’s high command. “They are against the decision taken by the BJP district president.”

He said that a one-sided decision has been taken without considering the sacrifices and dedication of workers of the party over the years.

The members alleged that the party’s district body was set up recently but senior workers have been sidelines.

“We have worked for BJP on the ground and have encouraged people to join the party. We urge the party top brass to address the issue at the earliest,” Gulzar said. (KNO)
