The body of 15-year-old boy who drowned after jumping to swim in a nearby Haji peer Nallah in Balkot area of district Baramulla near LoC was on Monday fished out after 24 hours.

A resident of the area told Kashmir Life that a special team of SDRF reached Balkote early today at around 11 am.
After repeated attempts the team was finally able to fish out the body from Haji Peer Nallah.
The boy was identified as Mohd Hafiz Jinder, son of Noor din Jinder, a resident of Churnda, 9kms away from Baramulla.
The body of Hafiz has been handed over to his family for last rites.
