SRINAGAR
Bandipora police recovered the body of Head Constable Krishan Anand Tawari of 113 Bn. BSF from river Kishan Ganga near Wanpora Bridge, Bandipora Gurez.
Police said that the deceased was drowned in the river Kishan Ganga due to flood on August 21, 2012 at Barroie village Bridge Camp, in Tulail.
The body of deceased have been referred to District Hospital, Bandipora from Sub District Hospital Gurez for medico legal formalities. Bandipora Police has initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC in this regard.
