SRINAGAR
Handwara Police and 47 RR detected an IED weighing about 3 Kg fitted in bag under a culvert on Kupwara, Handwara road, near Tooti Gund, Handwara. A police statement said on Sunday.
The statement added that the IED was destroyed at the spot without causing any harm.
