Dead body of one of the two passengers who went missing after a cab plunged into river in Dandipora Kokernag area of Islamabad district, has been retrieved today morning.
The sumo vehicle, in which eight passengers were travelling from Kokernag to Larnoo, plunged into Nalla Brangi, on Thursday.
The person has been identified as Mohammad Ashraf Chowhan ,35, from Gadwail Larnoo area of Kokernag, police officials said.
After the incident was reported with the help of locals and Fire & Emergency services men, six people were rescued.
However, the driver of the cab is still missing. He has been identified as Riyaz Ahmad Awan, 30 from Cherry Larnoo.
