The body of Ghulam Qadir Deedad who was missing since May 16, 2013 was recovered by Baramulla police from a Nallah in Baba Reshi. A opolice statement said on Sunday.
Police Post Baba Reshi, recovered the body from Shrenz Nallah. An identity card was found with the body that helped to identifying him as that of Ghulam Qadir Deedad son of Fati Deeded resident of Bandiballa.
Police has initiated an inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC in this regard. The body was sent for the post mortem and after conducting all legal formalities, it was handed over to his relatives for last rites.
The deceased was labourer by profession and was missing since May 16, 2013.
